Team Meeting Sheet
As you can see below we have had various team meeting discussing all relevant issues, at first we used the above sheet in order to help organise our meetings however, we decided to create a new meeting sheet with a few tweaks such as stating what devise we was going to communicate through such as' What's app, Face time, or class room meetings' as we all have advance phones we are able to communicate and discus vital point through our phones which works just as well. Although some meeting require more interactions so we still have many classroom meeting as its easer to share our abstract concepts through real life interaction.
Having a team meeting sheet allows us to be organized and by having a hardcopy ensures we do not forget to turn up to important meeting, as this allows us to progress in the development of our music video.
